Everything Announced During the PS5 Reveal Stream

Sony finally held its PS5 reveal stream, and simply put, it didn’t disappoint. The showcase ran a little over an hour and unveiled the actual console, some accessories, and a ton of games. You can watch the stream below if you didn’t get to see it live.

We highlighted the hardware and some of the bigger games shown during the stream, including Horizon Forbidden West, Resident Evil Village, and Demon’s Souls, but instead of making a post for every single topic, we decided to summarize everything that was shown in one article.

The Hardware

PS5

The PS5 console sports a two-tone white and black design that is unlike anything we’ve seen in the PlayStation hardware family. It will be available in two versions: one that includes an Ultra HD Blu-Ray drive, and another that is digital-only. The hardware reveal trailer also introduced a variety of accessories, including a wireless headset, an HD camera, a media remote, and a charging station for two DualSense controllers.

Release dates and prices for all of the hardware shown will be revealed at a later date.

The Games

Over two dozen games, from indies to AAA blockbusters, were revealed during the PS5 stream. The PlayStation Blog has a great summary that talks about each game, but we’ve compiled all of their trailers on this page for your viewing pleasure.
