20 Minutes of The Division 2 Gameplay Revealed

In a new IGN First segment, IGN recently revealed one of our first in-depth looks at The Division 2, the highly-awaited follow up to The Division, just a couple of days before the private beta begins.

The revealed gameplay is twenty minutes long and features co-op play, as four team members battle their way through one of the multiplayer missions using cover-based tactics, fast gunplay, and plenty of explosions. While the video makes it clear this is still a work in progress, the gameplay still looks pretty solid, and is exactly what players would expect for the sequel to The Division.

Ubisoft has also released new gameplay of The Division 2. Yesterday, the developer uploaded video of a deadly faction in the game, known as the Black Turks which emerge in the Endgame. Interested players can get an early look at their advanced loadouts, robotic dogs in action, and see how the Specialization weapon can be used to their advantage to defeat such a powerful enemy.

In the video, The Division 2’s Creative Director, Julian Gerighty, discusses what players will have to do in order to reach the Endgame and the challenges they will face to get there.

The private beta for The Division 2 will launch on February 7th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with the full game releasing on March 15.
