Fallout 76 Beta Will be the Full Game, Progress Carries Over at Launch

Bethesda just updated its official FAQ for the Fallout 76 Betawhich begins in October. One of the answered questions that has everyone talking now is about whether or not the B.E.T.A will be the full game and if any progress will carry over into the actual game come launch this November.

The answer to both of those questions, according to Bethesda, is yes.

Basically, anyone who registers for the beta will have access to the entirety of Fallout 76which Todd Howard explained at Bethesda’s E3 2018 showcase is four times the size of Fallout 4. To register for the beta and receive the game a month before anyone else, all you have to do is pre-order it, set up an account on the official Bethesda website and redeem your code. Last month, the publisher’s community administrator explained that beta testing would first begin on Xbox One, and then trickle over to other platforms later.

If you were wondering, Bethesda has been calling its beta the Break It Early Test Application. So that should be a fair warning for anyone looking to hurry up and traverse the world of Fallout 76. Bethesda’s idea is that we work out the kinks together and get the game in its best possible form for the official launch on November 14.
