E3 2021: Life is Strange Remastered Collection Coming This Fall, New Trailer Revealed

Today during the Square Enix E3 2021 conference, we got another look at the Life is Strange Remastered Collection and also a release date for the game. The collection was originally revealed during Square Enix’s spring showcase back in March of this year and includes Life is Strange and Before the Storm. A new trailer was also revealed today during Square’s E3 showcase.

Life is Strange was first released in 2015, and its prequel Before the Storm followed two years later in 2017. What began as a small, episodic game six years ago has quickly grown into one of the most beloved franchises in the industry, with memorable characters and a choice-based style of gameplay that actually has lasting consequences for the player.

The remastered collection updates the whole look of the two games, with improved visuals for the environment and protagonists Max and Chloe. The collection will be available for purchase as a standalone game or as part of the Ultimate Edition for Deck Nine’s upcoming game Life is Strange: True Colors. The remastered collection includes Life is Strange and Before the Storm which is a prequel to the original game.

Life is Strange Remastered Collection will be available on September 30, 2021 and is currently available for pre-order.
