Cyberpunk 2077 Will Have a Photo Mode

If you were worried that you weren’t going to be able to get the perfect images of Cyberpunk 2077’s Night City, worry no more. Developer CD Projekt Red has announced that the game will feature a Photo Mode, and it looks to be quite robust. The reveal came by way of a trailer that shows the many different features that the game’s Photo Mode will have for players and photography aficionados to play around with.

Cyberpunk 2077

Standard Photo Mode functions such as adjusting the depth of field, field of view, and color contrast are present, but it’s the new things that are exciting. Players will be able to have their character pose in a number of different ways, rotate them, and change their position in the frame. There are also a number of different stickers and frames that you can use to give your photos some extra personality and life. When you combine everything together, the Photo Mode looks like it will be something for many to lose just as much time in as they will in the main game. The trailer does a great job of showing some of the creative things players can do once they have their hands on the game, so you can expect to see some stunning screenshots coming out shortly after the game’s release.

It’s been a long road towards the release of Cyberpunk 2077. The game was first announced back in May of 2012, but following a teaser trailer released in 2013, the game went dark as the developers worked on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. We finally got our first real look at the game back in 2018 when it was revealed that Keanu Reeves would be starring in the game. Now following multiple delays, the game is finally about to be released and it looks like it’ll be worth the wait. We’ll find out if it is when once people finally start getting their hands on it next week.
