QuakeCon 2019: The Year of Doom is officially upon us, and the majority of Bethesda’s titles have gotten a major discount on Steam. The sale will run until July 30th, with some games up to 80% off.
Due to the heavy focus on Doom and id Software at the event this year, players can grab the Doom 2016 reboot at 67% off. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition has also been discounted at 67%.
At 75% off, players will find Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition, which includes all of the released expansion packs; Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition; and The Evil Within 2, which for some reason still feels incredibly underrated, but is worth playing and having in your library of games. For those who are still interested in playing Prey, the game has the highest price slash at 80%.
Fittingly titled “Year of Doom”, this year’s QuakeCon will be taking a deep dive into the history of this series, with panels from id Software developers, discussing Doom’s lasting impact on the games industry. We’ll also be getting more information about Doom Eternal, which will be releasing later this year on November 22, and Wolfenstein: Youngblood which was released today, July 26.
