More than 10 New Games to be Announced at the 2018 Game Awards

The 2018 Game Awards is quickly approaching and host Geoff Keighley recently took to Twitter with some exciting news. During the Game Awards this year, ten (that’s right, ten) brand new games will be announced for the first time.

When talking about what’s in store for the Awards this year, Keighley says, “This year is all about expanding what we do well, and actually it’s a little intimidating, because we had such a great response to last year’s show.”

It’s sure to be an exciting event coming up. Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 and SIE Santa Monica Studios’ God of War lead the nominations across several categories, including the biggest award for Game of the Year. If you haven’t check out the list of nominees this year, be sure to do so here.  Voting is also still open for the awards, so be sure to cast your vote for your favorite games before it’s too late.

The 2018 Game Awards will be streamed live across several platforms, including Twitch, Mixer, YouTube, and Twitter. The event will air on December 6 in Los Angeles, CA, and will begin at 8:30pm ET/5:30pm PT. For more on how to watch, you can find that information here.
